SUMMARY: On Friday, April 6, 2018, at about 3:42 a.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Morongo Basin Station, responded to a domestic violence report, in the 81100 block of Valle Vista Road, in Wonder Valley. Upon arrival, deputies found the victim covered in blood, with multiple traumatic injuries to her face, neck, and chest. She lost consciousness at least three times over the several hours of torture. A neighbor heard the victim screaming at about 3:30 a.m. and went to the residence.
