We are reaching out to let everyone know that our Internet upstream provider will soon be performing network maintenance that will briefly impact our fiber service.
Maintenance window start time: Tuesday, 10/24/17 at 12:01 AM
Maintenance window end time: Tuesday, 10/24/17 at 5:00 AM
Expected downtime: Up to 5 Hours
Our network will be offline during their fiber maintenance and will affect ALL Mojavewifi customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience & continued support.
Sometimes when a router experiences a disconnect from the network for an extended period, it may require a reboot to kickstart communication with the network once again. If you experience connection problems after the maintenance window end time, please follow these instructions first.

  1. Unplug the power from the back of your router for 1 full minute (ex: Belkin, Cisco, Linksys, D-Link, Apple Airport, etc.).
    a. Be sure that you?re unplugging the skinny black or white cable that plugs into an AC outlet on the opposite end and NOT unplugging the Ethernet cable. Otherwise, your router will not properly reboot.
    b. Do NOT press the reset button to reboot your router; this may disassociate all connected devices or may reset your router to factory default settings.
  2. Plug the power cord back into the router and wait 1 full minute.
  3. Check your devices for a connection.
  4. If still no connection, restart/reboot each device.

If there is still no connection, please contact our Service Department between 9am ? 4pm, Monday ? Friday, for further assistance at (760) 366-7515 or by email at service@mojavewifi.com.

Thank you for choosing Mojavewifi.com as your Internet Service Provider. It?s our honor to serve you!
