A personal attack on the Chief Justice fails to address the issue. Okay with you immigration “ICE” troops stalk courhouses searching for people to arrests — the vast majority of whom pose no risk to public safety? This is hurting the justice system in many ways. One of which is that witnesses are afraid to testify against the bad guys. It incubates disrespect for the judicial system.

All the California Chief Justice is doing is asking the Administration to cease arresting people in courthouses.

This is not the American way. This happened in Germany when SS troops stalked courthouses searching for Jews, Gypsies, Poles, Slavs, the disabled, gays, Jehovah’s Witnesses, dissenting clergy, Communists and Socialists.
