The Press Enterprise reports:

In the 8th Congressional District, which includes part of San Bernardino County along with Inyo and Mono counties, Republican incumbent Paul Cook of Yucca Valley, a retired Marine colonel and Vietnam combat veteran, finished first. Republican Tim Donnelly, a former Inland assemblyman who ran for governor in 2014, was second, setting up an interesting race in November.

In the 8th district, Democrat Marge Doyle, a nurse and health care district board member, finished third. Other candidates in the race were Democrats Ronald J. O’Donnell and Rita Ramirez.
