We Americans feel the daily stress of events that take place outside our daily lives. And stress is taking its toll. The new age of uncertainty is upon us and America’s youth.

We may not have much control over all that is wrong, but we do have control over stress and the health related baggage that comes with (keep reading).walking

Chronic stress can wreak havoc on your mind and body. Take steps to control your stress.

If chronic stress syndrome isn’t somehow related to unrelenting bad-news on the level of global politics, catastrophic global weather events, perpetual wars, unprecedented  earthquakes spanning the Ring of Fire — then it comes from the unexaggerated loss of species, tainted food supply, drug-opiate addiction, terrorism, white nationalism extremists, the wide political division between Americans or the troubling  historic Constitutional crises the country is going through.

Meanwhile, a United Nations study obtained by Agence France-Presse says that up to 1 million species of living organisms face extinction as a result of human influence.

The pace of species loss is reportedly already “tens to hundreds of times higher than it has been, than it has been, over the last 10 million years

The Wall ‘Street Journal also reported Tuesday that Americans spend more time sitting than ever have before.

And scientists involved in the study believe that people are under-reporting their sedentary time.

And an independent and recent scientific medical studies tell us Americans have lost eight (8) years of life expectancy the last few decades.

The American Medical Association found that the average adolescent now spends 8.2 hours sitting, while the average adult sits for 6.4 hours a day.

A new study found that people who skipped breakfast had up to 87 percent more risk for brain food“cardiovascular-related death,” USA Today reported. The study is published in this month’s issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology

People who skipped breakfast were more likely to have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and other factors that might contribute to the risk of heart disease.

Summary

Preserve your personal purity.

Begin a habit of eating something healthy for breakfast every day. Get up off that chair and walk. Meditate if for only 10 minutes a day. At least walk every other day. Walking is the best exercise for hundred of ailments.

Why have I NEVER been advised by my primary doctor to eat healthy, exercise, or meditate. However,  he or she prescribed pills I tell my doctor “I never take”.

Fact is many primary treating physicians are generally failing in their practice because in the main their practice is mostly prescribing Pharms, and as needed referrals to specials.

It’s is up to US to preserve OUR personal purity. Your friends, children, relatives, loved ones and neighbors want to best for you. Take charge, take the next step. Stay healthy. Eat wisely. Meditate. Walk to reduce stress and improve health.

Health is everything!
